What is SOLSE Smoked Cheese?
Launched in 2004 by Nguyen Hong Co., Ltd, SOLSE Smoked Cheese has evolved over more than 20 years of development with the mission of bringing Eastern European culinary culture to Vietnamese dining tables. Throughout this journey, SOLSE has earned strong consumer affection thanks to its nutritional value, irresistible flavor, and a diverse range of products that suit various preferences.

SOLSE Smoked Cheese features a distinctive braided shape, reminiscent of a young woman’s braided hair.
SOLSE Smoked Cheese stands out at first glance with its distinctive braided appearance and a story rooted in tradition. Inspired by the braided hair of young women, Eastern European culinary artisans first created smoked string cheese around the mid-19th century. Over time, braided smoked cheese has become a traditional delicacy deeply rooted in Eastern European food culture.
The production process of SOLSE Smoked Cheese
Step 1: Fresh cow’s or goat’s milk is coagulated and combined with selected seasonings to enhance the cheese’s flavor.

Step 2: The curd is processed using specialized equipment to form long cheese strands, which are then stretched and rinsed by skilled workers.
Step 3: The cheese is shaped, air-dried at controlled temperatures, and carefully braided by hand into its distinctive form.
Step 4: The braided cheese is smoked to achieve its signature aroma and flavor.
Step 5: After smoking, the cheese is carefully packaged under strict quality control standards before being distributed to consumers.

Step 6: SOLSE reaches dining tables and becomes one of the most loved smoked cheeses.

This is the production process of SOLSE Smoked Cheese. Every step is closely monitored and refined by factory staff to ensure that each product meets the highest quality standards.
